New energy charging piles, that is, equipment and devices that provide charging services for plug-in new energy vehicles, are usually installed in public places such as public buildings, parking lots, shopping malls, charging stations for operating vehicles, and private places such as residential areas. It uses power electronics technology to convert alternating current into direct current, and then outputs it to the electric vehicle through the charging port to realize the charging of the electric vehicle. In the charging process, the charging pile will automatically adjust the output current and voltage according to the battery\’s power and charging demand, to ensure that the battery can get the best charging effect.
From the perspective of service objects, new energy charging piles can be divided into public charging piles, special charging piles and self-use charging piles. Public charging piles are open to the public and generally installed in public parking lots or along highways; Special charging piles are only open to specific user groups, such as charging piles used internally by communities, companies, etc. The self-use charging pile is a private charging pile, which is installed in the private area and is not open to the public.

The maximum output frequency of 500Hz achieved with vector control enables high-precision speed output within 10 times the weak magnetic speed regulation range.
5. Large torque at low speeds, improving the low-speed control performance
In the closed-loop vector mode, the linearity deviation of the torque line is within 3%; the torque output is stable, the low-frequency torque is large, and stable loaded operation at ultra-low speed and 0.01Hz can be achieved. The torque mode and speed mode can be easily switched.
6. Instantaneous power loss without shutdown
In the event of a momentary power failure or sudden voltage drop, the VFD reduces the output speed and compensates for the voltage drop by feeding energy back through the load, so as to maintain the drive in operation for a short period of time.
7. Built-in adaptive PID function module
Two built-in PID parameter groups can be automatically switched according to deviations, DI terminals and frequency conditions. The given and feedback sources are various and practical. The PID feedback loss detection function facilitates user to perform fault diagnosis.
8. Extensive expansion function cards
